Clear terms designed to help you plan your time at sea with confidence.
Policy 01
Weather / Bad Weather Policy
Charters are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions and to the safe operation of the vessel.
The final operational decision is made on the basis of the actual weather and sea conditions, with the safety of guests, crew and navigation taking priority.
If conditions do not allow the charter to operate safely, the charter may be postponed or rescheduled, subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not possible due to adverse weather conditions, the booking will be managed directly with XSuperBoats according to the circumstances of the charter.
The presence of wind, clouds or a possibility of rain does not automatically qualify the charter for cancellation or a refund. Each situation is assessed according to the actual conditions and operational safety.
Policy 02
Cancellation Policy
90 days or more before departure
Cancellations received at least 90 days before the scheduled charter departure are eligible for a full refund.
100% refund
Between 30 and 89 days before departure
Cancellations received between 30 and 89 days before the scheduled charter departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
50% refund
Less than 30 days before departure
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the scheduled charter departure are non-refundable.
No refund

Payment Terms
Bookings confirmed more than 30 days before departure
50% deposit · 50% balance
Balance due 30 days before departure.
For bookings confirmed more than 30 days before departure, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
Bookings confirmed within 30 days of departure
100% payment at confirmation
As the charter date falls within the cancellation period, full payment is required to secure the reservation.

Policy 05
Multi-Day Charters
For multi-day charters, all payment and cancellation deadlines are calculated from the first scheduled day of the charter.
